Looks like we're finally growing up to be a 30+ floor city with this project, Hiranandani Upscale and TVH Ouranya Bay, all around the 30fl mark..

If only the city centre would get a little taller and glassier now..

I think the above foto is Upscale with the buckingham canal in front taken from ECR SIDE.Are u sure its palace garden.

My posting had a list of URL's to different realtors in Chennai, my intention was to get opinion about them since I am planing to buy a property in OMR or ECR.

I thought people who are currently in the process of selling or buying property in chennai would know more about the market and know all the shortcuts rather than me breaking my head and starting from the scratch.

After I saved my posting I received a message saying that Administrators or moderators have to verify my posting. This happened two days ago and my posting still didn't appear

It's still weird that it didn't display though.. Usually when people spam the message displays and gets deleted by mods later - I wonder how they got to your message before it even went up!!

Maybe you could post the same message in the Chennai Discussions thread - it would be more appropriate there..
