it is also good that you have 25k stashed away while you are doing some renovations, kasi when you are done with your renov, that 25k or whatever is left can be used for your next asso.fee and other yearly dues we have. you can even prepay the dues. the rest of the money can be used for utilities and other expenses. yes, better check what ever you signed, kasi most of the things we do is not look at the fine prints.....

how much utilites sa CGS?? magkano per kwh ang electricity / per cu. meter nang water?? do you have your own meralco bill?? or galing admin ang bill?? may ibang charges pa ba??

Starting na an turnover sa July or August pero Eldorado 1 first, my unit is in Eldorado 2 so mga late 2006 pa

HEY GUYS!

PATCHUCHAY...i believe per project ang security bond...depende sa liit o laki ng project ang price ng bond...ire-refund nila sayo everytime you finish a project but you also have an option to forward it as your association dues instead of refunding...grabe pala allergy mo, sight of carpet pa lang....ako nakakatiis sa carpet kahit papano, basta may nasal spray bago matulog...i hate spring time due to pollen..buti matatapos na...for a suggestion, try asthma mist spray (OTC ito) kung medyo malala na----ayoko din naman umasa sa prescripted lagi kase baka super-tapang (yung mabangis sa baga)...for allergies naman, wala akong alam na effective OTC spray, i still rely on rx.

LILI...hindi ako pwedeng maging kapitana dito, baka may magsaling-pwersa na naman, sige, hala ka! pang stand-up comedy na lang ako sa fiesta ng CGS, haha!

BABYME... i didn't get any letter to notify that the key is ready for pickup...letter for turnover of unit lang...na-turnover na ba unit mo? kase after turnover, you need to wait couple more months bago ibigay yung key.

wala muna akong babala ngayon...super pagod na ko para magmuni-muni at magnilay-nilay...saka kakain pa ko ng midnight snack: hopia mongo (Eng Bee Tin rules!!!!!woohoooo!), ayoko mawalan gana. Yum!

BABYME...hi shar! musta na? ganun! ganun nangyari sa kin after turnover pero iba-iba naman siguro kapalaran natin... anyway, good luck sa inyo ni CHINA sa turnover this year...uuwi ka ba this year to personally be there? hindi ako natuloy sa city (re exhibit sa phil consulate) kase hindi ako maka-off at work...summer approaching, lahat ng officemate isa-isa ng starting magbakasyon except me...saving all my vacation time sa winter (3 weeks off from snow means a lot to me...sarap kase alaskahin boss ko pag ubos na time off nya tapos nag-uumpisa pa lang ako-- payback time ang tema, nyaha! ).

zsa-zsa dito muna...ginigising ko lang uli ang thread at natatabunan na... hirap kase mag-scroll kung nasa kulelat na tayo ng page 1 , lalo na kung next page na...wawa naman CGS! so, hellooooooo....

Hi, Mid! Di pa ako makakauwi this year, e. I gave my mom SPA when she visited me here last March, para wala ng problema. Ipaparent-out ko na lang muna ang unit ko siguro until makabayad kami bago ko iparenovate para wala munang cash out, la pa kasing budget din para dun.
