EMConcepts UK are about to help launch a landmark development in Ras Al- Khaimah. This project will be the centre piece for Al Marjan Island.
Set for Launch on June 9th this development is not beach front but will add executive urban living and provide much needed facilities for the island.
Prices are expected to start around 1400dh sq ft but completion date is not defined as the Island does not exist yet.

Property Management and Consultancy Company, e-myproperty, has forayed into property development, with the launch of its first iconic project, a Dh.1.1bn island property, Bab Al Badr, an offshore man-made development, at Al Marjan Islands in Ras Al Khaimah.


The senior officials of e-myproperty, revealed that the development will contribute a value of Dh.6.6billion to Al Marjan Islands, which spreads across 29 million square feet on the south west of the emirate.

Bab Al Badr had a grand opening and very good cermony was held in Madinat Jumeirah. Many actors and artists were present to perform and entertain people. Actors from Bollywood were also present. All videos and photos are present on

have you spoken to developer? what did they say?

developers response to my mail was that island 4 is just completed and they are planning to start construction in march 2009
