From what I've heard CXL won't even have buses available in single player, you have to pay up monthly for the MMO part in order to gain access to basic functionality (that SimCity 4 had from the very beginning).

Right now, my only city-building hope lies with CityMania... an open-source project started on the SC4Devotion site. They want to first replicate SimCity 4, then it can be modded much more nicely (the current RHW and other addons are more like hacks at this stage, since the code for SimCity 4 is not publicly available).

if you made those by yourself, i have a few questions:

How do you make toll plazas??
How do you make the overhead road signs??
And do the elevated RHW's really work, i've tried making those, but the cars just keep falling off them

I've just started making my own RHW, it's interesting but limited.

This CityMania sounds interesting. It is actually gonna be good tho, or just some cheap looking 2D knock off...

I downloaded those items form STEX , type in : Toll Plaza , Highway Signs and you'll find them. There are alot of tutorials online on SC4 Devotion or Youtube , it takes some practice but after a week you should get the hang of it.

Here's 3 More Videos

This first video , was the First Major city where i used The New RHW Mod & New NAM Interchanges

Nexis, I need underpasses... i founded them some weeks ago (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_fi...hp?lotGET=1032) and i installed them... then i found other underpasses (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_fi...hp?lotGET=1401), i downloaded them and i installed them, but when i went into sc4 the previous underpasses weren't there, neither were the new. i tried to instal the german version, i did thousands of attemps but nothing. well, i need underpasses because in order to organise mi city i had better to dispose network on different levels...please help me!!! try to understand me (my english xD)...

it also has a custom set of crosswalks... by default they're just a pair of thin white stripes but that mod makes them wide yellow zebra-stripes... fugly IMO, white zebra stripes are best

Nah, just not as active as I once was.

Here's a video of a new RHW 4.0 interchange. Its a two level hybrid of turbine and windmill designs I think. I tried to use as few overpasses as possible to emphasize the versatility of FLEXfly, a new addition in RHW 4.0 that lets you curve a el-MIS network 90 degrees over ground networks.

Here's another one.

This is a three level cloverstack-like interchange, and one of my most complex to date. Unlike my last junction, FlexFly is not used at all, the emphasis is put on the new type "D" ramps and elevated networks that can now overpass diagonal RHWs below. The only part that is not RHW is the tunnel, which is an avenue.
