The New Rural Highway 3.0 Mod is out & The New Network Add on Mod (NAM), so ive been playing around with the New Highway Flexibility in the Mod. I'm Making a small City , in a Region called Pennsylvania Rural Vs. New Jersey Suburbia. So Now to the Interchanges and Highways ive created with the 30 + new tools!
There are no cars on the Highways yet because i really didn't start the city , just planned & built the Frame work of it.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm , Timon Turnpike is a doing able Concept , and In the South Port Majestic ! Its a 3x4 Large SQ region , Middle Square is Neutral. Pennsylvania Rural (Just mainly Farms & a Mimicked Dutch Dike with Estuary on the West Squares) New Jersey Suburbia on the East Squares , Nothing but houses and Malls.

Hehe More coming including a massive Interchange of 6 Roads!

There's a mod called "Sunken Highways" but you could put rail or whateva you like in it.
