15 penn is a good change. There's nothing to consider here because there is nothing bad on 15 Penn as it is planned now so it will only do good to the city and the skyline

Is it conceivable that the USPS facilities could also possibly make use of one of the underutilized Hudson piers further downtown, like the Marine Transfer Station (Pier 55 I believe) or near the Cruise Ship Terminals for these operations, making that land available? Those facilities create a real barrier between Far West Chelsea and the beautiful Hudson River Park, especially along 24-25-26th Streets.

That's not gonna happen, all those piers have plans to be developed into parks in the near future.

i really love how an old and a modern building are about the same height and dominate the skyline together, its a nice contrast, probably my second favorite project in new york after 2WTC

There are a whole bunch. You might have to be more specific.

I really hope they go for the single tenant option here. It's far more attractive, and preserves the streetline.

I'd rather see the Esb, Chrysler Building, and Statue of Liberty demolished than see New York stop growing.

I like the design. But why build it so close to the great ESB landmark? They could be twin towers.
