I think most contractors are quoting RM 750 for front door grill. But i'm not sure if we need a grill for the window. I think i will have the kitchen and front door grills only.

Regarding the air conds, any recommended aircond contractor. Hoping it might be cheaper if i get them directly than going through renovation guys.

RM570psf work out to be RM675k for 1184sf. Which floor is your unit?
I am buying for own stay. Plan to move in end Oct or early Nov but has to delay for a week due to stupid ID company (Fenxxxx from bandar puteri puchong).

Last week meet my neighbour Jack , very friendly guy. Invit me to see his house. Simply but nice ! My floor B-8 floor all empty except me and Jack. Heard from Agent said there is 1 owner own 3 house in my floor and intend to sell RM580k. RM580k is RHB highest eval. price. So far no any transaction yet in laman. Cause everyone want to sell high price RM700k. Haha, me too ...
You guys can visit homedec. Price can negotiate. ex. Market selling Sharp 71HS refrige is RM2600, i get in Homedec RM2300 after negotiation in TBM booth. Teka also, can consider buy display unit. Cheap and 3 years warranty. I buy ceramic hod in Teka cause me RM1700 (4pcs cook) compare to Vees only 2pcs cook RM3000.
Induction, Ceramic, gas after think and survey i choose ceramic. Although my first choice is Induction but consider healthy due to magentic wave will transfer to food.
Finally i hack my wall between master and 3rd room. Look bigger

Another thing share with you, Korea Wallpaper beside IOI corner building promotion buy 1 free 3, PWP again 1 free 4 roll. 1roll = 178/sqft. I bought 9rolls cost me up RM1.236/sqft. If pay another RM150/roll will include installation and warranty 3 years ex. peel off Door to Door service. Wallpaper is LG eco type. No ban substances like lead etc.
One more thing very important, do you guys notice evening time very hot ? Those stay in 1600sqft no concern as for 1184 is very hot. I ask management they say cannot put tinted... I think nobody will know we put la unless they go in our house and check. what you guys think? tint ?

No additional piping required. One installer quoted me RM350/unit because they claim need bracket. FYI,Joven water heater come with bracket.EHS quoted me RM160/unit because I install 4 aircons,5 fans and 2 water heaters.
I was first wanted 35 liters water heater but EHS told me if bath room has its own water heater,25 liter is enough
