yes, you are correct...there is a sales team that is still in singapore doing the pre-selling of the units..the only downside...kakaunti na lang ang available units at parang pinagpilian na and most are already facing the afternoon sun..anyways, i was still able to get a unit facing the morning sun (south or facing laguna de bay)..

I noticed that there is still a parcel of land at the right part of the Icon Plaza. I was told this is owned by Ayalas...can someone verify? may balak pa bang tayuan ito ng high-rise? pero I doubt kasi the floor area is quite small already...anybody knows any planned development on this land?..commercial spaces?

Yeah, I hope so too...a mini park or a strip of bars would be more appropriate so it wont block the nice view of units facing south (Laguna de Bay) including mine..

looks like the general contractor's workers are protesting right now. saw that there's a work stoppage at the site today. hhhmmm. i wonder why? this may affect the turn over to the buyers.

Observed the site & they have resumed construction since November so this won't be another Jaka.
