As the second tallest building in the city, this is a major change to the Charlotte skyline. I think it has a nice look (as others have noted, kind of a mini-World Financial Center) and I like that it is a project with a few different components, not just one huge tower.

I'm pretty sure the project has been re-named the Duke Energy Center since Wachovia was purchased by Wells Fargo (mods may want to change the name of the thread).

I wonder what is happening with the occupancy of this b/c of the Wachovia troubles.
