Do they ever build a normal, boring building in the Netherlands? Everything there always seems so awesome. We spend so much money on plain, boring buildings here in the U.S.

^ It's the most inner-inner-inner part of the inner-inner city and a lot has to be demolished. Before that, zoning has to be changed, the design has to be worked out an go through several stages before it gets approved.
