very interesting, also cause Fellbach is an own town an theoretically "not" Stuttgart.

>100m in a ~45.000 inhabitants town. cool

Looks like this is one of those towers that can turn out to be either really bad or really great. Hopefully, the latter. Nice project

It's a nice building, but unfortunately they are building it in a completely wrong location. Who wants to live in a suburban industrial district surrounded by car garages, furniture shops and McDonald's drive-in's?

It would have been so much better if they decided to build it in the new Europaviertel in the middle of Stuttgart.

Well, I'd say views from Fellbach are somewhat better and the surroundings are more calm and less stressful than "Downtown Stuttgart". In addition, Stuttgart's core tends to get heated and struggling with smog more than any other place in Germany. So it still looks a little odd at the location, but I can comprehend there's a market for this tower.

Thank you for the thread Klaus, good job and keep going! A pleasant tower design.

Never heard of the city, but I haven't been to the non-German-speaking part of Germany in decades.

The location is definitly strange, because its not even really a wealthy part of the city. But in the center of Stuttgart its just impossible to get the permission to build a highrise.
