The map used is from OTP and there is no english version. Here is the original map, latest version.

Silom already complete photo is incorrect. Wong Wian Yai?

Sorry

Yes, you're right it should be Asoke station. I mix that up.
What do you mean by Silom already complete? The map is from OTP (สนข) and the Silom line extension isn't finished yet and only some stations are operational.

Talat Phlu (S10) did open today after S9 opened mid last month. Both were due to open on 5 Dec but were delayed. In fact, boths stations are still incomplete but an upcoming BKK City Council election next month made it an imperative that they open ASAP.

The last of the current Silom line ext to Bang Wah S11 & S12 are due to open on 12 August 2013 which will probably end up being later this year. However, S12 won't as there are a number of design issues that need to be resolved being an interchange stations with the Blue Line extension.

Again, we need to be clear and accurate with updates pls. This commuter/suburban line is NOT 100% complete as it does not operate to Bang Sue - 1km of viaduct still needs to be built!

It currently runs from Taling Chan to Bang Son approx 12km and only has 3 services each way in the morning and 3 services in the afternoon. This is due to only have 1, 2 car refurbished DMU and the fact that it is a free trial period. This line will not be 100% complete for sometime.

It should be noted that the Light Red line will have two extra stations built either side of the river. Also, that a 12km, 4 or 5 station extension west from Taling Chan to Salaya will most likely be tendered sometime later this year as shown in this diagram;

Plan for monorail & lightrail as a feeder to the main line by one of the Governor, as election is coming next month.

I know that, but I use OTP latest map for progress, which says it is 100% complete, but it still missing some km and of course Bang Sue Station. For details of each line, I will only give an overview, I can't translate everything. So for more details, it is best to go to thai forum and ask there. However you're welcome to add details, news or something I missed out here.

Krungthep Thanakhom Dusting of Grey Monorail line from Watcharaphon - Rama 9 Bridge and Azure line from Dindaeng to Sathon - waiting to be approved by the new BMA governor with the price tag of 50 Billion Baht as a feeder for BTS Skytrain and other main lines and to allow those who cannot access the main line to use the monorail feeders to access to the main lines.

Sadly, Siam - Samyan feeder monorail line still pending for the approval by Minister of Interior - and now BMA has dusted of Grey line monorail and Azure line monorail approved by the cabinet in 2010 - and ask the budget for further detailed design ... These 2 lines will consume the budget not more than 50 billion Baht - Now, it is up to the new BMA governor to approve the line.

The grey line from Watcharaphon - Rama 4 road - Rama 9 Bridge with the length of 26 km, budget of 32 billion Baht and 21 stations including:

1. Watcharaphon
2. Nuanchan
3. Kaset - nawamin
4. Yothin Phatthana [House of PM Yinglux]
5. Lad Phrao 87
6. Chalongrat
7. Wang Thonglang
8. Nawasri [Ramkhamhaeng 21]
9. Rama 9 Road
10. Thonglor 25
11. Thonglor 10
12. Thonglor - connecting with Thonglor station of BTS
13. Sukhumvit 38
14. Klong Tan
15. Rama 4 road
16. Ratchada - Rama 4 Intersection [not far form Na ranong intersection]
17. Klong Toei - should be Maenam station since it is very closed to Maenam station of SRT
18. Rama 3 road
19. Narathiwat - connecting with BRT
20. Sathupradit
21. Rama 9 Bridge

There is a hope to get the number of passengers at 340,000 passengers a day in 2029

For the azure line, it is 9.5 km monorail with 9 stations and budget of 13 billion Baht to feed those who live in Dindaeng area along with the new BMA City Hall in Dindaeng [BMA2] and business area at Sathon with the expect number of daily passengers at 310000 passengers a day in 2029 - it will be elevated from Prachasongkraw subway station [orange line] - the new BMA City Hall in Dindaeng [BMA2], Dindaeng flat, Prachasongkraw - Makkasan center - Phetburi road - Mitsamphan intersection [with Nana Nuea road] - Wireless road - Lumphini park - Sathon road before ending up at Sathon-Narathiwat intersection to Chong Nonsee

Sorry, was out on vacation.
The "Current lines as of February 2013 (including BRT)" image at the top of page 17 shows the Silom BTS line ending at Saphan Taksin. But that is incorrect. The line continues on past Saphan Taksin.

Also that same image shows the BTS sukhumvit line going much further than Bearing, where it currently ends.

That picture is just to give an illustration of current lines. It was used in การมอบนโยบายสำหรับขับเคลื่อนยุทธศาสตร์ประเทศ พ.ศ.2557 last month. For an accurate map, better look at this one.
