A localização é Av. Barbacena, naquele lote enorme da Cemig, em frente à sede dela. A área construída total é de 43.480 m2, gigante para os padrões de BH. ---- EDIT: ATUALIZAÇÃO - 26/01 2 render novos.    ----   Lajes enormes!   Mais algumas pequenas

É apenas uma caixa retangular, mas está bonito sim, mas nada extraordinário (achei interessante a área verde lá de cima))!
