#UNDER C-Byblos: "Byblos Sud Village" | Res Complex

Byblos Sud Village is a unique 5-star beach village featuring exclusive villas and apartments for sale designed for those seeking a privileged lifestyle in a legendary, idyllic, seaside location. Scheduled for completion in Summer 2009, this coastal haven on the Eastern Mediterranean features a comprehensive set of world-class leisure and sports facilities, among them a secluded sandy beach, movable mooring pontoon, specialty restaurants, amazing natural grottos, a private club, and Vichy Spa-hotel.
Designed by the renowned Pierre El Khoury Architects and developed by Touristic & Property Development Co S.A.L., Byblos Sud Village is a high-end, low-rise, protected residential village. Embraced by the sea, it is spread over three levels and interlaced with landscaped gardens, piazzas, and ponds. The result: a rare, luxurious environment guaranteed to redefine the art of joyful living and to satisfy the most discerning of tastes. Privacy, health, and tranquility are part of the package.

Byblos Sud is the perfect setting for a uniquely privileged lifestyle and an opportunity to mix with the Elite in a luxurious environment on a historic and lively Mediterranean Port amid one of the trendiest and most prosperous seaside towns in Lebanon.

Byblos Sud is 35 minutes drive from Beirut airport and only 15 minutes drive from Casino du Liban. Vichy Spa, offering the latest, most exquisite treatments, makes relaxation and rejuvenation a way of life at Byblos Sud Village.

Love the project but again it looks like they are building on the sand..Altho the angle can be off..ie the pool in the first rendering..is this an addition to the Edde Sands project? That project went to the sea..and was designed for the jetset...couple hotels etc etc

It seems like a great resort, I just hope they wont ruin the coast line, like they did with Jounieh.

Very nice project!!

@Jayme: it doesn't have a marina, so no, I don't think they'll ruin the coastline.

I agree, the marinas in most case ruin what could be beautiful beaches especially the beaches that could of been had in jounieh.

In relation to this project it looks fantastic, when i was in lebanon a few months ago i remember seeing this project from the ruins at byblos, wondering was was going on.

Great Projects, thanks for the info.
