Mais outro centro comercial? Porquê que não os constroem também nas outras cidades que nem sequer têm algum?

Lol, have you seen how many shopping malls there are in cities like Jo´Burg, Durban, Cape Town...employing tens of thousands of people....Angola is ripe for a mall revolution...and some good new shopping centres are u/c and approved..

Go to Bangkok: you see magnificient shopping centres that will leave you groping for words: superb architecture, style and state-of-the art interior designs of shops...

I am happy for every new high-rise, shopping mall, restaurant, café, theatre, art African stylish art gallery that opens in Africa. I DO HOPE THAT THEY WILL CONTINUE TO MUSHROOM

I kown that Matt. Selfs in Lisbon we have a lot of them. When I went to Beijing I couldn't believe the number of malls you can fiend in that city. But I mean, everything goes to Luanda. I want see also one of those big projects in other city. Luanda has A LOT of people, more than it really need. With great projects also going to other cities maybe Luanda will be less congested.

concordo com o sky...há muitas provincias que necessitam de shoppings...começando por BENGUELA,HUAMBO LUBANGO é incrivel como o bengo que esta tão perto de luanda e não consegue acompanhar com luanda...digo isso devido as fotos postadas...espero que eu esteje totalmente enganado

O Bengo é uma provincia que tem atenção merecida compatível com o seu nº de habitantes. E mesmo assim tem registado grandes melhorias, principalmento no sector turístico e social (como todas as outras em Angola). Acho que estás enganado.

O Lubango também ja tem shopping e o Lobito tem o "pequeno Kinaxixe". Com um pouco de trabalho podiam converter a 24 numa rua de compras.

Opway Angola ganha 1ª fase do Muxima Plaza, em Luanda

É impressão minha ou o preço esta acessivel ? se um projecto com essa dimensão apenas custa 34m USD.... isso significa que, com +ou - 2 bilhoes USD conseguimos por Angola num país de 1ºMundo...ou em pé de igualdade com Africa do sul....Pena que temos uma economia ainda debil..
