Klaipeda really is booming, this certain building looks better from the side though.

It's quite possible that Klaipėda currently has more U/C highrises than much bigger Baltic capital cities.

Klaipėda has 7 u/c highrises, and it's more than Tallinn's 6 u/c, Vilnius has 13 u/c, Riga probably more than Vilnius

Riga has got 16, I think (including National Library which started 4 hours ago

Residential buildings in Klaipeda got quite good architectonic quality. Would be lucky always to see similar here, in Riga.

Hahah...the library building is finally U/C?
That was the very first Riga project I heard about, way back 6 or so years ago, when I first joined SSC

Is it still the same design?
