Yes, Pink Floyd Animals album cover with the flying pig.

Are you saying this will be built "when pigs fly".

Someone obviously had a spare afternoon in the office to pen this one..

this is ugly, impracticle and economically not feasible, I mean look of it... 300m?! 200 of that must be enclosing thin air? it might as well be a 300m pedestrian concrete bollard for all its worth, ugly ugly ugly.

The giant multicoloured ***** (Greenbird was it??)was more relatable to the cityscape n thats sayin somet

No, it will be (I'm sure it won't be ) built between the pig and the camera. So, if it's built, this perspective will be totally lost.

The timeline for development seems inordinately long. Why?
Never seen a project (except for the 20 year buildouts in some of the massive residential subdivision projects) take this long.

Anticipate slow sales, one small phase done at a time, technical issues, slow approval proccess, or what?

It's out of scale with the rest of the city.

Would completely ruin the view of Battersea Powerstation, an icon for industry and England.

I welcome any redevelopment for battersea power station but i think that the tower on this one is just too tall and directs attention away from the actual power station. i think there is going to be a lot of redesigning before this redevelopment gets built.

Nice modern looking tower. But I don't think it becomes reality..

Sorry, but a Pink Floyd album cover is no reason to stop what will be one of the greenest and most innovative projects around.

It's not 'useless' though, it will have lots of uses, office, resi, hotel

And the tower will be the most important part of the project, as it allows it to have 0 carbon emissions.
