Wow! Looks amazing. Great find 234Sale.

Little disappointed with the actual location - seems to be tucked away right at the back of Business Bay whereas it I think it deserves to be toward the front. Will certainly raise the prices of other developments in that area though.

Aren't they going to have the same problem as Damac though? There's stuff in the way and they won't move.

Just remembered that Stratos Plaza is also going to be there so it should actually become a nice little area.

So there are going to be apartments that take up a whole floor? According to those renders they'll have 5 swimming pools then

Am sure the quality of these apartments would be amazing but don't really like the design. Seems boring to me compared to other projects in business bay.

its horrific actually, a box with a soap dish on the top....come on at 90 floors and in businessbay this thing should be a stunner (in a good way)

1. It's ugly!
2. It will be very tall... look at the (concept?) renders, clear height of the apartments looks like 5m at least, plus a thick floor plate because of all the pools!

3. The helicopter stuff is ridiculous!
