Even if it's not a Romanian proposal, I surely hope it won't be taken seriously by the guys here.
I believe even a renovated Dinamo stadium, but with the same track and even if with a roof, won't motivate supporters to come to games. National Arena is the best option right now, as the statistics show, they are able to attract a significant number of supporters to games even if it's an ordinary league match compared to even more important games played on the old stadium.
The track is 99% of the problem at Dinamo, not the roof, the fact it looks old or that it's not impressive overall. People simply prefer stadiums with no track, or at least something like Cluj Arena, a smaller track + a design like that one with a small first tier that is much less occupied than the upper one that offers a better view.

yesterday it was approved an indoor arena of 12,000 seats instead of the Esplanada (106.000 sq ft) and the construction will start this year.

I cannot wait to be the first user to open the thread.

in Cluj and Bucharest the halls will have stands located behind the goals, there are bigger (7,200 and 12,000). in Craiova 6,000 and in Piatra Neamt 4,000.

400 seats. soon, the swimming pool of Dinamo will also be finished. built by the same MDRT (Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism) but the money are from the National Company of Investments, which will have more seats (800). we don't need more for anyway considering our league attendances. in Bacău and in Oradea and Izvorani (Complexul Olimpic) especially there are much bigger aquatics venues. Dinamo also needs an indoor arena, which will have a 2,500 capacity.

It seems to be exactly the same as Steaua's swimming pool. Unfortunately, new Brasov swimming pool and renovation of the sports hall wasn't finished on 15 dec ( 2 months earlier) and will be finished at the time from contract, 15 feb 2013. In the last month the constructors worked slower because they wasn't paid.

UEFA Category 4;
38000 capacity, all covered; legroom 80-85cm;
30 horizontal rows per tier, max (hence three tiers?);
40 VIP boxes, 550 people VIP lounge; 75 people VVIP lounge;
40 TV commentator boxes, 3 TV studios;
pitch size large enough to host rugby games;
normal draining plus torrential rain draining.
Good stuff. Hopefully there will be some good projects. Cost should be somewhere between 50 and 100 million euro, depending on the complexity and quality of the project.
