Simply 4 stands built in the cheapest way possible. Nothing more then a stadium to host a mediocre football team ( no offense to Craiova, I'm referring directly to the stadium ). Nobody would be upset if it was a plan for a team in the 6th League in England.
I think they should talk to Bucharest's mayor to buy some stands used for the Bucharest Challenge and play somewhere else on the weekend of the races in Bucharest when they need to move them.

It's they're business after all if they want a new stadium so low-cost...i would seriously ask Oprescu for a loan on the stands for the Bucharest Challenge cause they're used only once a year and most of them weren't used in the 2nd year because of low income the first time...i think could just take it down to 10.000$ plus another a few thousands for the seats and eventually talk to someone to build them a cover for them .

What? The stands are built the same way as the provisional one's for the Bucharest Challenge Race...same structure underneath, not much bigger either.

It's not just stands! it's a stadium that we'll be able to host CL matches.
Compare it to the new CFR Cluj stadium stand,it's the perfect example.
That has 10000 seats and costed 20 million!and it's made of steel too.
