Looks nice - a bit generic, but nice. I like the setbacks around the crown/roof.

with such a spire it needs to be higher. 1/4 of it is spire :-/

i like everything about this building except for the spire's length. A spire there looks nice but it shouldnt be this long

Oh yea and Changzhou??? is that some sortof Guangzhou wannabe?

I think the render isnīt right or the height isnīt, but in the render it definitely doesnīt look like 300+ meters. And like Silentstrike already asked what's Changzhou? Ghangzhou spelled wrong?
