i guess its only testing cladding stuff, i wouldn't be surprised if it does down again or if it stays there alone for a lot longer

Where exactly is Changzhou, is it like a twin city to Wuxi? Any chance that the CBD of each is visible from the other?

They are 30km apart, I doubt their CBDs can see each other.
