While other cities are boasting about themselves and reeling with over-urbanisation, Kolkata is silently transforming into a better place with Cleaner Roads and a Dash of Modernity.

This Photoblog aims to demonstrate how the street scene is reminiscent of the old world charm that u cannot exterminate.

Nice photos.

I am not sure that this photo is of East Calcutta Township. Looks more like Tangra-Topsia area.

Isn't this the East Kolkata Township?

Yes, it is located along the sides of the Prince Anwar Shah connector 1km south of Ruby general crossing.
