Istanbul is Turkey?s most populous city, and its cultural and financial center. The city covers 25 districts of the Istanbul province and is located on the Bosphorus strait, and encompasses the natural harbour known as the Golden Horn, in the northwest of the country. It extends both on the European and on the Asian side of the Bosphorus, and is thereby the only metropolis in the world which is situated on two continents.

Location
The site is strategically located?at the G?pe junction of the E-5 highway, in the heart of the Anatolian side of Istanbul, as such the property is easily accessible from most of the business and residential districts of the Anatolian side of Istanbul. Due to its elevation, the visibility of the site is perfect. The accessibility by car will be very good and the shopping center will also be directly connected to a metro station, a bus terminal and a spacious park-and-ride facility.

Project Overview

A four-level shopping center of?105,000 m2 leasable area, anchored by a 13,500 m2 hypermarket, a 5,500 m2 Do-It-Yourself store, a 5,000 m2 electronic store and very strong leisure facilities. All major Turkish and International retailers will be present in the center. The shopping center will have a three-level basement car park accommodating 3,500-4,000 cars.


Additionally state of the art offices and high quality apartments will be developed next to the shopping center.

Beton, beton ve yinede beton... o rampalar, köprüler, tüneller avm`yi sehire adapte mi edecek?
Bir meydanvari platform yapmislar, oraya ulasmak icin üst gecitlerle egzoz gazlarinin arasindan dakikalarca yürümek gerekecek. Meydanin yeride cabasi tam E5in yani... yazik...cok yazik...
