If the new Mane Garrincha Stadium is going to have a 76K capacity, it's gonna look like it has two huge tiers of seating. Hope that looks like a final design.

Originally, yes, but the public tender is going to be made separately from the rest of the stadium. Also, we, at the Brazilian forums, are wondering if the roof project has been changed.

During the time when the world cup is going to be held, the season is dry, however, there is also a rainy season in the other half of the year.

Also kinda confuse as to whether there's gonna be a membrane roof or solid construction?

I don't know from where this information about the 76k came or if the project was changed but almost all the reports says that the capacity is 71k.

Talking congractulacion Gabriel Campos.

and like other 10.000 stadiums (at least)... How do you want it to look? With the stands hanging from the roof, in the form of a butterfly, or what?
Football stadiums, nowdays, look either like this or the "old english style", rectangular. There are only these two options, if you want to offer a good viewing angle for the spectators. You will see only stadiums like this in the future...There are not many other options for the design and layout of the stands, especially for +50k stadiums.
