This crossing is completed since a long time.
Here a picture taken in January 2012.

If you want an update of the work of the T8, I will try to take some pictures during this week.

Works near Saint-Denis station
Pictures taken today, I didn't take more pictures because the weather has worsened shortly after (rain and wind).

Crossing between T1 and T8.

Thanks for that! Really helpful.

Will those tracks that turn off the main line and stop eventually link T1 and T8 together?

Est ce qu'il y aura une connexion entre T1 et T8?

Still, I wonder why they haven't fully built the connecting track with the repaving of this intersection.
It makes me think that this is an anticipation of the future and not necessarily something that will be functional with the opening of the T8.

It looks like partial accommodations are there to eventually join both LRT lines. Perhaps it was not in the plans to join them right away.

New bus shelters.
The 1,920 bus shelters inside the City of Paris will be replaced.
This is 2,000 new bus shelters that will be installated from September 2014.
It will have services like recharging mobile phone, touch screen for informations and the possibility to request the stop of bus.

Choisy le Roi is home to two of the busiest bus lines in Paris.
The TVM and the line 183.

The two lines meet at Rouget de Lisle stop.
This is an intermediate terminus of the line 183 (Porte de Choisy - Orly airport), most of the bus comming from Porte de Choisy terminates here.

TVM

Bus of the line 393 arriving.

On the TVM, the following stop is Gare de Choisy le Roi where run the RER C.

This is cool.

That said, was there any actual benefit in using Translohr instead of ordinary trams for T5 and T6? I've talked before about interoperability, but I'm asking more now about how much money it actually saved and any other benefits.
