Announcment from Fenerbahçe Sport Club: the Last changes on the construction statue of the arena are being made and construction will start very soon. I guess, they are increasing the capacity.

According to TBF president WC 2010 final venue must be +15,000 (FIBA rule)

FIBA rule but, but Fenerbahçe website has no idea about it. They say "fial will be held here"... no way... Final must be at a 15k+ arena... So, is it desinformation or ignorance?

Mabye 12,000 is without moveable rows. So basketball capacity is 15,000?
BTW, it lloks like Peace and Friendship arena.
So the 2nd tier could be "oval"
