9.0, this is a typical building which has to be a stand-alone, it doesn't fit in a Skyline imo.

Very defined type of skyscraper, highly considerated treditional details all well-intercoursed with the extreme modernism facade and shape yet translucent effects at night even makes it more marvelous.

6.5/10. Don't like this one at all. The tapering shape makes it look chunky rather than tall and I find the facade quite ugly.
