1) walking is a good excercise
2) encourage lavish spaces inbetween urban construction instead of a stingy old fashioned cramped miserly constructions that make Chennai look like economically starved for financial investments
3) Disaster management and emergency evacuation systems work better with a large space around the buildings

Also they need a huge parking space and enough scope of expansion in the future. Let's welcome this new initative.

It is good though lot of trees were cut. They also dug very deep and emptied ground water to drainage

Yesterday's Update: Neon lights fixed on the Big logo on top of the building. Hopefully that is the mall.
