Goran Pandev


Goran Pandev is born July 27, 1983 in Strumica, Republic of Macedonia. Pandev is a football striker currently playing for Lazio in Italian Serie A.
Playing career
In his youth Goran Pandev was recruited by Italian club Inter, who loaned him to Spezia and Ancona. In 2004, he moved to Lazio (part of transfer that includes Stankovic in Inter) to play in Serie A. He started the 2005 season by scoring the only goal in the first match, giving Lazio a win over Messina.

Currently Goran Pandev is the best Macedonian football player and leader of the Macedonian national team. Pandev is only the second Macedonian to play in Serie A.

Is the brick church protestant? Is Protestantism more popular in Eastern Macedonia? Boris Trajkovski was a 7th Day Adventist and he's also from that region.

no it`s the main catholic church,they build another and it`s beautiful like the mainand for the Protestantism,yes there are many in the town,there`re two churches and also there`re villages totally protestant

I just wanna ask: Is the old "kasarna", that is the military baracks , are they still there? I remember, it took a straight walk from the bus station, to the same. If they are not there, what is in their place? Thanks a lot for any answers.

yep "kasarnata"is still there but it`s not in function,only few of the buildings (1 or 2) are training camps for the "Volves"and other buildings are used for different things..for example from this year or maybe from the next there`ll be moved the police station,fire department,and private schools..before 2/3 years some italians wants to open there college for design,but the project falled

Со претставата „Бегалка“ во режија на Дејан Пројковски, вечерва во Струмица стартува 16-тото издание на меѓународниот фестивал на камерен театар „Ристо Шишков“.

Во наредните пет дена, колку што ќе трае фестивалот, на камерната сцена на театарот „Антон Панов“ ќе продефилираат актери од вкупно 12 претстави.

Поради сиромашната понуда на камерни претстави од актуелната македонска театарска продукција, годинава ќе гостуваат театри од дури шест земји.

„Годинава за прв пат имаме шест претстави, за прв пат имаме толку квалитетни претстави надвор од Македонија и веќе можеме да кажеме дека фестивалот станува европски. Од минатата година сме членки на здружението на европски фестивали НЕТА и ќе го оправдаме тоа членство“, вели Ване Ристов, директор на фестивалот.

Актерските остварувања и годинава ќе ги оценува тричлено жири, чии претседател е актерот Ѓорѓи Јолевски, кој лани ја освои наградата за најдобар глумец.

Фестивалот ќе заврши в сабота, кога ќе биде доделена единствената награда за највисоки актерски остварувања - „Ристо Шишков“.

Hey, thanks a bunch! If anyone has a pick of the area (kasarna) please let them post it. Was I right when I said it was a straight walk from the bus station? I foregot the name of the street. I remember, there was a small grocery shop infront of it, walls made out of tin, the guy used to sell baklava and other stuff. I do not know if it is still there...Boy, those were good and fun times.

Hmm..it`s not exectly straight walk,but probably you walked on "starata carsija",from the old bus station,now there`s new bus station on Blvd"St.Kliment Ohridski"(tranzito).How long you served in Strumica?9 months,year?

Oh boy! Thanks for telling me this. It must have been the old bus station than, and old "carsija". I served as a matter of fact about 9 months you are right, but additional 6 months in Bosnia/Croatia. Yep, that was long time ago, 20 years ago to be more precise, during JNA times when one would serve 13-15 months. That Strumica kasarna was JNA kasarna, huge, with people from all over. Many , from US , Australia, Germany, kids born to immigrants who could not even speak the language...but did not want to loose the citizenship.What a fun we had. The night life in Strumica was unbelievable , 80's music, with all those young beautiful girls. Shame that I never visited Strumica ever since, but I am waiting to do it. Next year perhaps with few friend of mine, living now all over the world from different parts of ex-Yu. There was a local staff working in that kasarna, up to these days I remember them. One tough guy works now as a physiotherapist for the local soccer team... nice days! I wonder if I would be able to find the kasarna now...
