whenever i go to ISL i hate to see that Pindi is going worst day by day and they are using all the budget in ISL which had less population than rawalPindi

They don't take Pindi's budgets to finance Islamabad. They are two different cities. Also, Pinid's in Punjab, Islamabad is in Federal Capital Territory, so I'm sure the fundings come from different sources.

Red lines are Ground level roads(Super Highway/Shahrah-e-Pakistan).
Blues are the loops.
And Finally, orange is the underpass.

That's what the underpass's for! It's horrible drawing, but the left black flyover and the orange underpass meet at the South.

D'oh! I thought the underpass was coming from the southbound flyover to enable the drivers to get on the eastbound red road. You're right, it makes sense that the underpass meets the northbound flyover.

Btw, the North-bound bottom two roads (black and orange on the left) are the same road before they biforcate. And the orange one goes on to meet the East-bound red one.

But how are they going to build an under-pass under the whole complex of the monument. It will take a shit load of digging and i think its much better that they leave it alone. Unless they have that amount of time.
