Nice, but I am not sure about the open space at the top of the buildings. But they would be good observation decks.

I agree, it would make for a neat observation deck, but that's still quite a bit of wasted space... otherwise I like the looks of this.

Shangri-La will be located inside the Kerry Centre as far as I know.
