Advancing the lessons learnt from the design of the 1001m Tower in Jakarta, an investigation was commissioned into a 1200m Tower for Jakarta as a monument for the same local entrepreneur. This time, the site does not straddle a highway. Consequently, a tripod form is used. Express lifts serve the sky lobbies from the main lobby at ground level. From the sky lobbies, lifts serve each floor of the respective zones. But it also says these are designs of 2006 already (how could we miss those?).

interesting, the design is similar to kingdom tower...but a bit more simple.
It would probably have a lot more usable space than the kingdom tower.

i heard this tower located on Kemayoran Area, near from Jakarta Tower (565m:app, BUMN Tower 600m:app) and other supertall prop.
the group still found the developer to construct this tower, they count the cost. design and other administration permission. well, some source said this tower started construction on 2013 and make 4 years to completed. well, we only wait and see

here some masterplan that area (old one 2005), this tower located on this area, for now, this area full by 120-180m+ building, and still waiting the supertall rising. hehe
