I think Jin'an area has more classy towers than Lujiazui. What a shame for this government planned CBD.

heck i want a large +200m skyscraper cluster at Xintiandi, Xujiahui, Puoto, replacing the expo area, and around every shanghai railway station except hongqiao... planes and skyscrapers don't mix well.
