#Approved: 395 St Pauls Terrace (Fortitude Valley) - 10st/46m/office

The site is quite close to Brunswick Street Station, and although quite skinny from the front the tower is long.

(46mRL=64-18)

nah, it is next to the centrelink site tho.. this site currently has the national retailers association on it.. has a big fenced carpark out the front

the same developers have also lodged a DA for a 13st office building at 959 ann st, fortitude valley, opposite emporium. it's a cox design, no clear renders but the design looks pretty flashy!

Well all these boxes should compliment each other and clean up the area. It should look nice with the tower over the station.

I think it is only a matter of time before the Centrelink site is redeveloped.

This will become a nice and dense little area!

Well they haven't lodged any building work applications.

Is this the site that was up for sale?

I thought this was well under construction. Isn't it going to ruin Limes rooftop view?
