Stade de France:


Well going from this I wouldn't say the roof is a complete copy, as the Stade de France has 18 poles coming through its roof which I assume help hold it up. Where as the new Mexican stadium does not

Also the inside of the Stade de France has 3 tiers, where as the Guadalajara, Jalisco Stadium has 2 main tiers with the upper tier being broken up by what I believe are 2 rows of exclusive box seats. Again as with the grass covering the outside this is different from the Stade de France.

I donīt think Jean Michel Massaud dared to copy stade de Franceīs design. BTW They donīt even look similar to me.

but its only the roof, really. And it's similar, not identical...
Every newly built stadiums has something similar with an existing one, that doesn't make them copies.
