Zen Condos-Huacas Guanacaste-7 pisos

N Condominium is a unique residential development located in the town of Huacas, Guanacaste just minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches on Costa Rica’s northern Pacific coast.

Meditation, relaxation, community and health come together at ZEN Condominium. Environmentally conscious, only 10% of our 9 hectares of land will be used for construction. A state-of-the-art water treatment plant and recycling program serve to further ensure that ZEN residents belong to a truly green community.

The first phase of the project consists of 4 buildings with a total of 96 units, ranging in size from 65 to 130 square meters (700 to 1,400 square feet) and offering a stunning ocean view. One and two bedroom units are available.

Services
• Underground utility and service cables
• Centralized parking lot
• Golf carts for internal transportation
• 24-hour security
• Bicycle rentals and surfboard lockers
• Shuttle service to the beaches
• Registry title protection
• Property management
• Title insurance

Amenities
• State-of-the-art spa
• Fitness center
• Lighted tennis court
• Swimming pools and club houses
• 3 miles of nature trails and an artificial lake
• Amphitheater for cultural and wellness events

The project´s interior design is based on a fresh, modern and contemporary architectural design. Furthermore, the predominance of glass on its exterior grants access to a magnificent ocean view. The ZEN Condominium interiors will surround you with modern features and open spaces. White, organic, and straight lines will create a clean and harmonious space.

Casi nada!
