Our residence is located on the Grand boulevard Mohamed V, near the cornice and not far from the administrative center (station, school, college, police station, post office…) A recreational center, a golf and a nautical club, will be in the vicinity 2/ Design: Luxate, space, and quality The residence IRIS is made up of 58 apartments (S+3 and S+4), of 3 Duplex (S+2 and S+5), of 7 offices and 2 trade.
