Excavation works for abutment A3 (on Romanian side)

Transportation of a bridge segment, on an elephant crane.

Infrastructure:

Execution of the super structure at railway overpass Bregovo.

Excavation works at road junction Novo selo.

Execution of the super structure at railway overpass Koshava

Reinforcing of a concrete slab for the second floor of Passenger station - Vidin.

Aluminum - thermal welding along the railway route.

They work hard, but we can't really see the progress.
The Spaniards (FCC Construccion) blamed Romanians for not allowing them to work on the other bank,
but the bridge is far from being completed on the Bulgarian bank.

How does a project fail (to be "on money, on time")?
By accumulatind delays day-by-day.

After 3 years from start, no span of the bridge has been put in place!

I think they have excuses for everything.
