Is that board-walk in the last pic new? I can't remember what was that way a couple of years back. Wasn't there a coal dump south of the lujiazui ferry terminal?

Should be easy to find if you search for photos taken from the Pearl Tower, Jin Mao or SWFC towards northern Puxi.
