I think this is because this is Nanchang's new central business district. Most of the commercial and financial establishments haven't moved-in yet. Most of the buildings in the area still remain largely empty.

I like the shape of the tower, but the cladding is a bit dull. I prefer a more shiny facade.

I have to admit I prefer this kind of shape compared to so many of the nondescript boxes we are seeing, far too commonplace for my liking.

because they blocked the road and covered it with new asphalt.in the beginning,the road was just covered by cement.
