It's tall, but hard to stay if it's attractive until they put the cladding on. A lot of buildings that look good in renders don't looks so good when built if they opt for cheat cladding.

The billionaire owner of this building is one of the top ten richest in the country and has also built this very high-end 90's office skyscraper below named after his initials, so I highly doubt he would scrimp on Grand Hyatt's cladding specially when considering the prestigious international brand it would be representing.

GT International Tower
Ayala Avenue, Makati

What I've noticed and find strange in Philippine construction is that they don't start on the facade until the building is almost topped out... this building is almost fully topped yet there is still no cladding/facade at all. I'm not saying it's bad that they don't do this, it's just different from what I see in other cities' construction threads, where normally cladding begins halfway or two-thirds of the way down the full structure. But it would make the building look nicer if it wasn't a total concrete skeleton before they started covering it.

The reason behind it is due to facade lighting and mullion issues but it has been solved and they are starting now on the curtainwall installation.
