That's the Shangri-la Hotel at the Fort, it's 68 meters shorter at 250 meters.

They recently had a vertical run on that building a few days ago:

just wish the crown was more incorporated into the design, it looks like put on top of a glass tower. otherwise, not a bad design

One thing to note is that, Bonifacio Global City isn't flat when it comes to topography.

The Metrobank / Grand Hyatt tower is at a lower elevation compared to Shangri-La at The Fort.

This building looks like a cheap knock-off of Central Plaza in Hong Kong. That crown in particular looks pretty bad. And it doesnt really look like a supertall. Looks to be more around 250-260m.

It does resemble Central Plaza in many ways but this is the most iconic skyscraper right now in Metro Manila.

And I like this design better over Central Plaza.

The top floor of the building is around 250m, what more upon reaching the golden like crown plus the spire.

I don't think so also that this one can reach the height as Supertal.
With the spire, I think it would be around 280m only.
I think this would be same case with Gama Tower (a.k.a. Cemindo Tower) in Jakarta which at end the height for 288,6m only, not 304m as the first issue.

Any drawing data to showing the real height of this tower please?

Grand Hyatt already declared it as 318m.

+1

For comparison... This Sinar Mas Center in Shanghai, which is the same height with MetroBank Financial Center in Manila, in fact looking much taller...

You would need to chop off a good 15 floors off from Sin Mar and replace it with a crown and a spire so it'll be more of a fair comparison.

Anyway, it's no use mulling over its height now that Grand Hyatt has already confirmed it to be 318m, so either they're lying or some people are just bitterly in denial. If they'll measure it again and announce they were wrong after all, we'll simply move it again to the Skyscrapers section as you wish. Big deal.

Took this photo in Marikina.

Note how visible this tower is and from the vantage point it is taller compared to some of Ortigas' prime condo towers say The Renaissance.

it look short because its fat??? its almost wide as the jp morgan chase building on the far right.

anyway even if the height is not right. it will still be the tallest in manila. assuming a 280+ is right.

whats the height of the condominium beside it?above 200m?
