i know the rendition of City Loft 1-3 is done... but magpa-abot ra mi sa release through sir Richard King...

Gibuhat bitaw nako tanan mag-una lang ta sa mga balita and updates...

I believe that Fuente Triangle Realty is emulating the success of CityLand in Metro Manila through CityLoft in Metro Cebu.

Yup. Loft type units ba lahat to as its name suggests? Anyway, I hope FTRC will develop this a notch higher (in quality) than CityLand.

City Lofts will be built by Share-Wall concept - as i can recall there will be no columns on the tower's structure. These will maximize the area.

Hi TJ kamusta na? We are both okay. It's shearwalls, sometimes new construction use this because they want to maximize space in each floor (columns and beams take so much of the vertical and horizontal spaces). Instead of the typical column and beam construction with the masonry block walls to take care of the lateral loads, with shearwall concept, the design will make use of the shear walls to carry both dead loads and lateral loads. In this case there will be less columns and beams in this design, there will be more walls (poured in place concrete or possibly gunite and well reinforced) to carry both dead and lateral loads. Walls and slabs will be thicker.
