nice development. I just wonder why they had to stop at 49-fls exactly instead of 50-fls.

the building has topped out since Feb 09, no further rise in height after that.

the building next to ITC has been like that for the last 4 years. yup, close to 30 floors. but no work has been happening since 2005. may be some legal issue.

i have to upload quite a few updates. will do it tomo.

Great pics Kalyan...

though apart from the height factor the project isn't very aesthetically pleasing to the eyes.

i agree to that, nothing great about the design. also making all the 4 blocks stand in a straight line wasnt a gr8 idea at all. they could have easily done away with one tower and made three towers of 50-55 storeys each without compromising much on the FSI and the construction time.

Is it just me or does every new high rise in Mumbai look like 30 years before it's time?

agreed
but thats because of all the concrete that goes into our skyscrapers... and also because most of them are residential.

I love it how buildings are constructed so fast in India, in Pakistan there are only a few projects underconstruction in a speed like these.
Congrats to India on your fast development!
