Yeah, looks like a Vegas hotel. Get rid of that stupid dome at the top! Otherwise, it is quite large and not that unattractive.

The dome doesn't fit this building at all. I like the various elements involved, but they combined them in the wrong building. Also, the decks make for a derivative look, like a condo in any city. I don't think it's a total disaster, but it could certainly have been put together more judiciously. 6/10
