The following list of projects is divided in two sections:

High-rises (subsections: Finished, Under Construction, Proposed, Others)

Low-rises (subsections: Multifunctional, Business centers, Shoping Centers).

In this list, as a highrise is considered a building with 15 floors. Most of projects are discussed on SSC Slovakia Forum.

I have only few notes:

1) some of highrises in Bratislava, which you posted, were rejected, are little info or their future is very uncertain: Dubravka center, Urbicom, Nová Mýtna, Chalupkova, Botanic towers, Vista tower, Green tower, Excel, highrises in Lamač or Millenium tower III

2) Its pity there are not some very big projects from other cities, like riverbank in Trenčín, new city quarter in Nitra, Madaras in Spišská Nová Ves, projects from Tatras or Bird Valley in Humenné

3) I dont want to be a spammer, but I think my vieo about Bratislava projects can be useful: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZzAxnYT6J5s

You are right! There is a lot of projects in Košice, Žilina or Banská Bystrica and Trenčín etc. as well.

So, lets me explain my aims in this thread to avoid any misunderstandings.

First of all, I wanted to make a list of high-rises in Slovakia. During that process, I have realised that here is a good opportunity to include on this list the law-rises projects discussed on this forum in separate threads as well. So, the criterion to include some project on this list is if the project has its own thread. I am convinced this is a reasonable step.

Samozrejme, hotel Hilton v Košiciach je pekná stavba, sledujem to v košickom Construction... threade.
Podľa mňa nie je účelné, aby sme tu mali všetky stavby stavané na Slovensku – vznikol by mega-thread a neviem koho by bavilo čakať, kým sa vôbec otvorí a potom prechádzať 500-600 projektov. Koniec-koncov, väčšina projektov je vo Full Summary jednotlivých miest – Bratislava, Košice, Banská Bystrica, Žilina, Trenčín.

Opakujem, cieľom je mať tu všetky výškové budovy – v tomto sú tu ešte rezervy, o ktorých viem, ale budem doplňovať neskôr!
Z ostatných projektov som sem zahrnul tie, ktoré majú vlastný thread na slovenskom SkyscraperCity fóre (zopár mi ešte chýba).

inak neviem komu som tu slubil foto nemocnice na TR SNP v KE a BCK I, ale nestiham moementalne absolutne.

Skecks ma celkom slusne foto na googli, tam urcite su.

A este: FNLP Košice bola vo výstavbe v rokoch 1972-1981. Za 5 rokov (1976-81) by to komanci v KE nemohli stihnut...
