The new 140-acre resort community will be sited on the Punta Chame peninsula.

Portones del Mar Resort and Yacht Club will be a 550 unit residential resort community with a 200 slip marina.

We plan to offer many amenities and superior quality building products so that we can target the high class foreign retiree or vacation home customer.

Portones del Mar will also offer:

A private club
A town village filled with shops, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, etc.
Six court green clay tennis center (only one in Panama)
Beach club with gym, yoga, billiards and poker rooms
Bocce ball courts
Swimming pools
Dry dock

• The Architecture for Portones del Mar Resort and Yacht Club is now being developed. After much discussion, it was determined that the style of the project will be based on a modern interpretation of the old Colonial style architecture found in Casco Viejo, Panama. The name Portones, means large doors, lends itself to this type of architecture perfectly.

• The project will be divided into three construction Phases. Phase 1 will be to the east side of the resort and will include around 250 units (homes and condos). Phase 2 will be the marina village, and Phase 3 will be the construction of the larger estate homes on the west side of the project.

The Portones Del Mar Yacht Club’s elegantly appointed clubhouse overlooking the marina and bay will have an instant appeal to all boaters. Dockside concierge service, both gourmet and casual dining (including catered lunches) and a variety of member events and a children’s boating program will also be offered.

MARINA VILLAGE

At the very center of Portones Del Mar Yacht Club & Resort is the picturesque Marina Village offering condominium residences.

The Village overlooks the Marina, and is a short walk to the neighboring private Yacht Club, Spa, Fitness Center, the Beach Club, and all the other amenities and services. .

Punta Chame Bay is a yachtsman’s paradise with its calm, protected waters and easy access to the Pacific Ocean and nearby world-renowned billfishing grounds. It’s also a short cruising distance from Panama City and the Panama Canal.

The Portones Del Mar Marina will offer 200 slips capable of accommodating vessels up to 100 feet in length, as well as providing moorings for larger craft and a dry storage facility ashore. Dockmaster services will include fuel, power and water, bait and tackle, a ship’s store, and for crew members – their own special lounge, internet café and other amenities just for them.

El resultado: trabajan para el dinero pero no aprendieron a tener dinero trabajando para ellos Robert Kiyosaki Panamá, donde el concreto rasca los más altos cielos latinoamericanos. Panamá, piensa en lo masivo!
