historial location in braamies with 4 blocks owned so no need . it was a nice to look at option but with a lot of staff coming from the southern side of joburg, a relocation of back office staff into new expensive office space dent make sense when existing 200 000m2 of space is paid off.

Really like the new section of the mall, just wish they had done something about the food court, it needs a total new makeover.
In fact, a whole new location.
It is way too cluttered and new tiles and a few new outlets just doesnt cut it.

Not sure if the reclad has begun but there is a huge amount of construction above the mall where the parking areas used to be. Could this be the new apartments?

Doubt it since this phase is only supposed to be after the tower/s

If i get the chance ill snap some photos of the construction. Its tightly controlled unfortunately but ill try. There is definitely some prep work going on up there for something big
