As beautiful as these bridges are, I hate it when people put huge oversize files on the web. Please downsize your photos, I am on high speed internet and have a large monitor and it still took forever to view this post and the photos were waaaaaaaaay larger than the browser window can accomodate. And not so many, 1 or 2 photos is just fine.
(and there already is a beautiful bridges thread somewhere)

thats not really high speed then, they are ripping you off. It took me less that a minute to load around 15- 30 sec maybe less because i did review how long it took

The stone arch bridges of the Blue Ridge Parkway - there are over 100 along this scenic route. Simple design, built without mortar...less is more.
